K&S Quality Associates LLC is a consulting firm that has been assisting organizations in the U.S. with ISO9001, AS9100, R2 and other ISO based Quality and Environmental Management Systems QMS/EMS since 1997. Major service areas include the West, Mid-West and East Coast. We offer service in QMS/EMS consulting, training, internal audit service, internal auditor training, implementation and assisting organizations to achieve certification. Certification has become a method whereby customers can be assured of a supplier's ability to provide a product or service in a conforming, orderly manner.
K&S Quality Associates has been accredited by the Better Business Bureau since 2009 with an A+ rating. By using a consulting group that is accredited and monitored by the BBB it ensures integrity and performance in our business operations.
Unlike other consulting firms K&S has many consultants on staff (other consulting firms are limited to one person), so whatever your project timeline may be, we have the resources to get your project done on time. Additionally all our auditors/consultants are Lead Auditors, which is the same type of credentials that the certification body (registrars) auditors have that certify companies. This ensures that you get qualified consultants that know and understand what is takes to be successful.
Our fees are unlike any other consulting firm on the market. Our pricing is set as is, there are no additional travel, expenses, and mileage fees. Other consulting firms charge for these additional fees at the end of the project. We take the guesswork out of knowing what the project will ultimately cost.

Keith Norlander - CEO
Founder of K&S, Keith started K&S as a solo consultant back in the 90's after retiring from the USAF and Lockheed Martin. With over 20 years experience in the Aerospace and Commercial Quality Profession, he brings many years of experience and knowledge to the team.
Kris Norlander - President / Project Manager
Kris has been working for K&S for over 10 years and is a IRCA Lead Certified Auditor and has experience in all of the standards K&S offers services in. Kris has his Bachelors of Science in Professional Aeronautics from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and Masters of Science in Quality Assurance from Cal-State Dominguez Hills..
Jay Wiessner - Project Manager
Jay has been working for K&S for since 2009 years and is a RAB/QSA Lead Auditor and has experience in all of the standards K&S offers services in. Jay has 15 years experience in technical document writing and 12 years experience in business and project management.
Tony Lepore - Auditor / Consultant
Tony has been working for K&S for over 2 years and is a certified internal auditor for ISO 9001 and AS9100. Tony has experience in ISO, AS and other industry standards. Tony has work experience in the quality field for over 6 years and has an associates degree in electronics.
John Veelik - Auditor / Consultant
Robin Sandmark - Auditor / Consultant
Robin has a background in quality, environmental, and health & safety in the aerospace and automotive industries. She is a certified auditor in ISO9001, ISO14001 and AS9100.
Brad Norlander - Auditor / Consultant
Pierre Servan - Auditor / Consultant
Pierre has over 10 years of Quality experience. Pierre has performed over 100 audits as a 3rd party auditor. He has experience developing and maintaining QMS, EMS and OHSAS systems in semiconductor, medical, defense, aerospace and automotive customers. Pierre has a double major in Political Science and International Relations from the University of Southern California and he is completing his Masters of Science in Quality Assurance from Cal-State Dominguez.
