Client Testimonies 12/6/2011- K&S, I want to thank you for everything you did for our company to help us transition so successfully to AS9100 Rev C. Diana and I were most impressed with how quickly you responded to our various emails and phone calls requesting clarification or approval of something we had prepared. Compared to the internal auditors we’ve used over the past 13 years, we received an enormous amount of assistance and feedback from K&S and the upgrade would have been impossible without your help. We started the gap analysis early this year and began rewriting our quality manual and procedures. You went over everything we did and left us with an assessment of our quality system and suggestions for what needed to be done before our surveillance audit. You helped us prepare the various forms and procedures, especially Configuration Management, Risk Management, Turtles and Pears (new jargon to us). You provided us with templates that we could modify to fit our company and these were invaluable in accomplishing our goal. Even with your help it was an enormous amount of work because we needed to change the way things were done for the past 20 years in some cases. Our auditor couldn’t stop mentioning how good we were, how much he LOVED the Turtles, and how much we had accomplished since our prior year’s audit. Even though we didn’t have everything “up and running” 100%, he saw that we were headed in the right direction and were getting our systems changed to gather all the data we are now required to maintain. The fact that we had NO FINDINGS was a huge relief and we know that you are our partners in that success. Our auditor said that we were his first company in over 32 Rev C audits that had no findings. We take great pride in that, and it also saves us from having to respond to any findings, so an extra bonus! We look forward to many more years of working with K&S.
